Together Andrea and Deane developed a Wastewater Management Strategy for Westland District Council.

Deane was a member of the management team for a large scale Detailed Engineering Evaluation programme of some 2,600 buildings in Canterbury for the Ministry of Education.

Andrea volunteered her time to prepare and successfully obtain consents associated with refurbishing a historic art deco theatre in Hokitika .

Andrea worked as planning advisor on the Kumara to Millton leg of the national cycleway project on the West Coast.

Andrea has prepared a successful Private Plan Change application for land use zone change to allow a large subdivision at Franz Josef.

Andrea has worked as specialist planning advisor in a multidisciplinary team advising on statutory approvals for many railway structures throughout the South Island.

Andrea has prepared significant resource consent applications for a variety of works including alpine hut and toilet facilities within National Parks and other parts of the Conservation Estate, has prepared resource consent applications for vehicle dismantlers, for motel developments, for a whitebait bach, and for "whole forest" timber harvesting operations.

Andrea has prepared a Designation application for a new and expanded area school in a rural area.

Deane has managed a time-critical programme of upgrading drying kiln systems at a timber processing plant.

Deane has managed the development and carried out the operations management planning of an emergency facility for the Order of St John ambulance service.

Deane has worked with a Territorial Local Authority providing strategic population forecasting and demand advice on rural tourist town sewerage demand, on network water supply pipeline replacement, and on desludging oxidation ponds.

Deane has acted on behalf of remotely-based consultants and clients as Engineer to Contract during the construction phase of commercial building and drainage works contracts.

Deane was part of the management team for the extensive commercial and residential Building Safety Evaluation operations in Christchurch following both the September 2010 and February 2011 earthquakes.
